About Claudia
I am a senior executive leader with over 20 years of helping individuals and organizations solve problems, improve employee and organizational performance, create value and maximize growth. After 25 years in the industry, I decided to change direction to share my passion by helping others succeed. With extensive senior leadership expertise rooted in mindfulness and compassion, and a background in Educational Psychology and Organizational Psychology, a PhD in Adult Education, a Master degree in Virtual Education, and various certificates in the area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, People Analytics, Leadership, and Employee Engagement & Mental Health, I have a track record of empowering employees, teams and organization to thrive.

After delivering services to the community in Northwest Toronto for more than 40 years, Delta Family Resource Centre was accredited by Imagine Canada in 2022. This was a significant achievement, demonstrating the organization’s commitment to the highest standards of Financial Accountability, Governance, Human resources Management Fundraising and Volunteer Management – and this goal was realized as a result of Claudia’s guidance and leadership during this process.
She methodically helped Delta Family to document all 73 standards, providing the summary of evidence required and always keeping the big picture in mind. Claudia is organized, proactive, professional, principled and highly effective. We thank her for contributions to Delta Family; her leadership in helping to secure the Accreditation Trustmark has provided us with an important asset – membership in the Imagine Canada Standards family of agencies.

Striving for equity and inclusion is central in her work which has been strengthened by her Diploma in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and a certificate in Driving Change and Anti-Racism, among other certifications. Claudia consults in organizational development with various organizations and for over 10 years she managed at various levels for CultureLink Settlement and Community Services where she led in human resources management, volunteer orientation and placement, event planning, board relations and support, proposal development, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives and more.
Claudia is passionately and strongly committed to supporting underserved communities. She has also been a speakers’ corner for the United Way and presented on behalf of the United Way in fundraising campaigns and partnership development initiatives. Claudia was also a board member of George Herman House, a transitional mental health residence for women.
